From years of trying different gyms and trainers this is what I have learnt: All I know is I need a trainer that inspires me, motivates me, believes in me and pushes me to exceed my goals. Mary is all of these things to me. Her HIIT class is fantastic and the time flies by, the class is never boring !! Ok ok so my arse is killing me but it’s a good pain……and I’m starting to see results and other people are noticing too, all the effort and pain is so worth it ! Get your arse down to HIIT !

The HIIT class gives participants of all fitness levels an opportunity to add variety to their workout schedules and to challenge themselves with an effective anaerobic workout. Mary is an excellent instructor who easily motivates but is capable of adapting to each client’s individual needs. This is an awesome class and you will get a great workout! Be ready to challenge yourself and melt the fat away! You will be sore for a few days afterwards and feel your metabolism kick into high gear. Mary Barbiero is the best instructor for this high intensity class. And the playlist is amazing!
